We made it!

It’s over and we are home! That feeling when the doctors comes out with on a smile on their faces and says “it went fine, he’s waking up” after an hour of anxious wait is the greatest in the world! I cried happy tears as I went in to the recovery room and saw my little baby awake and alive! It might sound awful but that was the only thing that was on my mind, wake up Viggo. Anesthesia must be taken serious and since I’m a kinda anxious person I had made up worst case scenarios in my head that I tried to fight away the days before. So to see his little face after that horrible hour was heaven on earth. Truly.

Viggo is feeling a bit better already but he’s throat is hurting badly and he wont be able to eat other than liquid for a week. But we don’t care because now he will sleep at night and no longer do his horrible apneas that can freak a mother out for real.
